Rosie Holland has practised Iyengar yoga for 30 years. She has been teaching for 22 years; her focus is on improving and maintaining long term health and well-being through regular yoga practice.

Students in classes and retreats enjoy her friendly, encouraging teaching style with attention to detail to achieve the greatest benefit for the individual student.

She also teaches a class in the Nelson region throughout the year at Birch Hall in the Richmond Park Showgrounds, Lower Queen Street, Richmond. This class is on Wednesdays at 5.15 - 7pm and is for the general level student. When Rosie is out of town it is taught by Mechthild Laufkotter.

Rosie offers Personal Practie Development Private sessions from one to three people a time.  This is designed for those students who wish to deepen their practice and understanding.
